LETS TALK MATERIALS.

PLA

PLA is an easy to print versatile plastic that can be combines

with a number of materials including wood, powder metallurgy,

and Nylon. PLA is food safe and can have matte, shiny, or fuzzy

finish. This material can also be sanded and painted.

ABS

This stronger alternative to PLA is heat resistant and tougher making thinner layer slightly more brittle. ABS can be acetone smoothed for perfect smooth finishes. ABS is perfect for light mechanical use but it is not food safe.

PC-CF & COMPOSITES

New Filament technologies are realeased throughout the year. Composite materials offer insdustrial grade strength, toughness, durability, conductivity, and more.

PETG

This is the middle ground of PLA and ABS, many PETG filaments can provide a nice clear finish for any parts that would benefit from a transparent look.

TPU

TPU is a soft grade material that can be printed using the same technology. Often used for toy car wheels or grips for controllers/guns. TPU is more expensive and harder to process but will give a very pleasing texture and bend to parts

RESIN

Unlike the other materials Resin is printed from a photosensitive Polymer that gives more strength and much more geometric possibilities. A resin print requires more post processing time and is limited by size capacity much more than other materials though it is the most precise method of additive technology making it great for figurines, small trophies, or  custom name tags.
